Purchasing one copy does not provide permission to distribute the materials to others.
A purchase by one teacher, coach, parent, employee, administrator, or other individual does not constitute a classroom, team, school, district, business, organizational, or group license.
Any classroom, team, school, school district, business, organization, or other group wishing to distribute or use the Be TERRIFIC materials beyond the individual purchaser must obtain separate written authorization from Be TERRIFIC LLC.
COPYRIGHT & ANTI-PIRACY WARNING
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution that violates the exclusive rights of Be TERRIFIC LLC constitutes copyright infringement, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, redistribution, resale, or mass distribution of Be TERRIFIC copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
Digital Rights Management (DRM), digital watermarking, and other document-security technologies can be used to monitor digital materials and identify or trace unauthorized distribution to its source or recipient.
Be TERRIFIC LLC expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law concerning unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of its copyrighted materials.
AI, REPACKAGING & COMMERCIAL USE
Your purchase does not grant permission to reproduce, adapt, repackage, publish, market, distribute, or sell Be TERRIFIC copyrighted materials as your own product or as part of another commercial product or service.
You may not upload, submit, or provide Be TERRIFIC copyrighted materials to an artificial-intelligence system or other technology for the purpose of reproducing, substantially replicating, repackaging, creating, or selling a competing or derivative commercial product based upon the protected Be TERRIFIC content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict uses expressly permitted by applicable copyright law.
PERSONAL DEVICE ACCESS
The individual purchaser may access the Be TERRIFIC materials on personal devices owned or controlled by that purchaser as reasonably necessary to use the Success System.
For example, you may view workbook activities or questions on one personal device while using another personal device to type or dictate your responses into your Digital GAME PLAN for Success Notebook or another personal note-taking application.
Permission to use multiple personal devices does not authorize another person to access, receive, copy, download, or use your Be TERRIFIC materials.
Sharing your files, download links, access information, or copies of the Complete Be TERRIFIC Success System with another individual or group is strictly prohibited.
REPORTING UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION
If you receive Be TERRIFIC materials without purchasing them or otherwise obtaining authorized access, or if you become aware that Be TERRIFIC materials are being copied, shared, sold, uploaded, or distributed without authorization, please notify Be TERRIFIC LLC at beterrific101@gmail.com.
Reports of suspected unauthorized distribution are appreciated and help Be TERRIFIC LLC protect its intellectual property and the integrity of the Complete Be TERRIFIC Success System.
